Before you order
Good to know.
- All food is cooked fresh on the day of delivery.
- Sandwiches and bowls keep well in the fridge and reheat properly.
- Containers are oven-safe to 200°C with the plastic lid removed.
- We accommodate most dietary requirements with advance notice.

We get that plans change. Here's how cancellations work, based on business hours before your scheduled delivery:

This tiered structure reflects how far in advance our kitchen commits to ingredients and prep for your order. The earlier you let us know, the more flexibility we can offer.
